Prescription Refill Policy

All prescriptions refills will be ready after 4:00 p.m the following day.  In the event that a medication needs to be specially ordered, we will call you when it is available for pick up.

Appointment Policy

We prefer appointments.  Walk-ins are welcome, but may be rescheduled. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, personal checks, and Care Credit.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.
